Topic 2: Introduction to Food Certification Topic 3: The Pest Control Operator’s Roles & Responsibilities -- Who Should Attend? -- a) Entomologists / Field Biologists b) Sales / Marketing Executives c) Management d) Any candidate who wants to know more about food certification Learning Outcomes -- a) Learn what food certification is all about b) Discover what food-related businesses expect from pest management service providers c) Learn about PCO roles & responsibilities in the food certification process Important Note: - 1. E-certificates will be issued out upon completion of the course requirements. Hardcopy certificates will be charged RM10 per piece upon request. Free hardcopy certificates will be issued out for companies who do group bookings of 20 pax and above upon request. 2. This is a physical class training and will only be opened at Klang Valley region.
